1. Responsible for overseas after-sales service of lithium batteries, including technical response, factory repair, on-site training, customer complaint handling, on-site service, etc;

2. Summarize the problems encountered in lithium batteries, summarize experience, and improve relevant production processes;

3. Assist the sales department in completing after-sales service work for battery products;

4. Overseas authorized repair point support, training, and docking;

5. Responsible for the battery sales area, tracking services, market research, establishing good customer relationships, and timely meeting customer needs;

6. Establish an operational database for the batteries sold, and promptly analyze and report abnormal data to the company.
